Clarity is everything.

Keeping track brings clarity.

So, I think I can live with this.  I tried the Focus Greens today.  It isn’t something I will crave yet, but someday I may.  It sure beats spending 45 minutes shopping for vegetables, 30 minutes washing and juicing, 15 minutes disposing of the pulp, and 15 minutes cleaning up.  I poured it and drank it.  It was tasty.  No sugar added, 10g of carbs, 45 calories, and 15 lbs. of produce in each juice!  Do you know what was best?  There was no Styrofoam.  I don’t particularly appreciate receiving anything in Styrofoam.  I had to buy a lot of it at once, but it’s supposed to last for six weeks.  I’ll let you know how the flavor lasts.  There are three different combinations and some shots.  Gary had taken over juicing and cleaning for me and was tired of doing it, and I didn’t want to take it back up but didn’t want to give up juice.  I do crave juice.  It feels good and clean and satisfies my thirst better than water.

I had two big wins besides that.  I started water aerobics today!  It was wonderful!  I loved it.  4 hours later, my hair is still wet.  I’m not sure how that works, but isn’t that wonderful that you can wake up in the morning with no intention for something like that and be committed to a new routine.  Plus I have extra energy for the day.

I’m drinking straight water today – well, straight with some alkaline and magnesium added to it with Sango Coral sachets.  I added the sachets to spring water in a glass bottle ready refresh gave me, shook it up and poured it into a cup.  It’s quite refreshing and I’m not missing my tea.

I need to reset my hourly reminders.

I found my mom a doctor but she’s already seen her and didn’t love her so I’m back to the drawing board on that.  I’m waiting for one to call me back for me…for two days.  (I wish there was a rolling eye emoji here.)

Our little Inner Circle Personal is growing; slowly, but surely.  I think everyone will do well if you practice it like I have so far.  I’m go to take a small break and finish my work book, then come back and journal for the day.

My schedule is getting reworked since I’m taking a podcasting hiatus.

My days were typical when my b-school girls used to have me do a day in my life when they were first starting out.  Now they vary.  Since I got to south Florida, my days have altered a lot.  I figured I would work less and hand it over to Ashlie.  I’m going to be very frank.  I just thought I’d work two days a week and weekend five days.  Ashlie had other ideas.  She returned to school for her doctorate and isn’t working for me.  Amanda has taken up part of her work, Sylvie has taken part, and I’m not working two days a week.  The miraculous thing that happened was one of my podcast guests wrote a book, Things That Matter, by Joshua Becker.  While I was speed-reading it to do the interview, something hit me.  Leisure, which I struggled to attain, didn’t really trip my trigger.  I love my work.  I love my job a lot.  My work matters.  Leisure is abundant, and I don’t have to struggle for it.  I can take a 10-minute break, and I’m showered with leisure, but my work is essential.  So here I am.  I will end my life with minimal regrets by continuing to do what I am doing now.

I have more of everything here.  I have more family responsibilities with my mom here.  I have more friends.  Sometimes I’m tempted to take on more responsibility in my neighborhood and community, but I maintain boundaries.  So, back to my typical day.

On Mondays, I go over my goals and to-dos; on Tuesdays, I’m all in on work; Wednesdays, I usually have webinars or workshops; Thursdays, I work in the morning and the afternoon, do things for my mom.  Friday mornings, I get caught up on paperwork, and on afternoons I do something with my friends.  Saturdays, I veg out unless we have a big project to complete.  Sundays, I visit with family and friends.

I got my watch set separate from my phone but didn’t do it right.

Changed plans on our trip to visit my son.  We aren’t going to Greece, we’re going to Scotland.  That will still be fun.

Drank tons of water and still want more.

I didn’t sleep well.  I need to get back to sleeping well.

I ate well.

I am soooo tired of searching and waiting for doctors offices to call back.
