I don’t take a lot of supplements. I think it’s great that we have so many things to help us get and stay healthy. Any time we can do it with natural foods, liquids, movement, and mindset, it’s best.
There are times when that’s not enough. You don’t get on a vitamin regimen for life, only until you get the inbalances straightened out. Work with your doctor, take advantage of a health coach to support you and use supplements when you need them. Below are some of my favorite health tools.

I put cinnamon oil in my tea for Chai tea. It is delicious.
On Guard Oil Products are used daily in my home and office. I use the foaming soap at every sink. I give it as a gift to my brother, who is a fisherman and swears by it to get rid of the fishy odor on his hands. He says it’s the only thing that works. When I fly, I put the oil under my nose.
I use breathe and it clears my air passages immediately.
